She is survived by: her children, Amanda Applewhite, Aretha Applewhite-Kent, Yvonne Applewhite, Gailon Applewhite and William Henry III (MarQuisha Henry); her grandchildren, Abdu McCauley, Ladyreon Brown, Terreck Kent, Alexis Kent, Jakiera Harris, Jamier Little, Gionna Applewhite, Miriah Turner, Devonta Henry, Deshia Peet, Dearious Newsom, Talon Plunk, Zylen Henry, A'Miracle Henry, Prynce and Kyler Johnson; her siblings, James Applewhite, Lorenzo Allen (Joyce Ann), Leon Applewhite, Mary Henry and Willie Stidman; her close friend Jerome Beasley; her sister Irene Applewhite; and her grandson William Henry IV. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
