He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Moore and Pearl Meyer Moore; his brother Willard Moore; and his nephews, Mike and Terry Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Ruth Crader; his children, Jack Moore, Jr. (Missy) of Sikeston and Mary St Mary (Bill) of Chaffee; his grandsons, Scott Brant (Angel) of Bay City and Tim Brant (Shelly) of Erin, Tennessee; and his close friend Bill Beck of Sikeston. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
