He is survived by: his wife Patsy Sue Carlyle-Mays; his children, James Anthony Mays (Natalie) of Cape Girardeau, MO and Sandra Renae Kolwyck (Robert Allen) of Lilbourn, MO; and his grandchildren, Timothy John Tyler Brashear, Kelsey Nicole Mays, Drew Michael Berry and Chloe Noelle Mays.
