He was predeceased by : his parents, Elwood Ramsey and Juanita Meeks Ramsey. He is survived by : his sons, Mike Ramsey (Rita) and Rick Ramsey; and his brothers, Frank Ramsey and Tom Ramsey (Elaine). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
