It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Keith Allen Kirk (Sikeston, Missouri), born in Kennett, Missouri, who passed away on July 22, 2025, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Jesse B. Kirk; his grandparents, John, Almedia Hillis, Jesse F. and Lillian Kirk; and his aunts and uncles, Helen Huff Hartzog, Evan Huff, Jack Hartzog, Colleen Riepe, Melvin Lewis and Chamberlain.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Hillis Kirk of Sikeston; his sister Pamela; his brother-in-law Rodney Pensel of Jackson; his niece Katelynn (Aaron Griffin); his great-nephew Theodore Griffin of New Madrid; and his aunts and uncles, Darlene Lewis of Fisk, Loretta, Bruce Yarbro of Poplar Bluff, Wilbur and Brenda Kirk of Cape Girardeau. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ponder Funeral Home (1120 N Main St, Sikeston, MO 63801). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
Keith's family suggest memorials be given to the Kenny Rogers Children Center, 300 Floyd Avenue, Sikeston, MO 63801.
