With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Leon Powell of Sikeston, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Leon left this world on December 17, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Powell and Audy Pitts-Powell; and his brothers, Dennis Powell and Vernon Powell, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Patrick Wayne Powell (Janet) of Dexter, MO and Lisa McConnell (Britt) of Sikeston, MO; his siblings, Larry Powell of Cape Girardeau, MO, Donna Bevill of Ocala, FL and Joyce Lambert of Ocala, FL; and his grandchildren, Stephen Powell (Samantha), Andrew Powell, Betsy Anne McConnell and Virginia McConnell. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
