She is survived by : her mother Cynthia "Cindy" Dock Leonard; her husband Travis James Hasty; her children, Mallory Brooke Wethington of Sikeston and Ricky Austin Hasty; her grandson Maverick James Newell of Sikeston; and her sister Amanda Leonard Hampton (Anthony) of Sikeston. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
