He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Eakins and Ramona Eakins. He is survived by: his spouse Terry; his children, Joe Eakins of Las Vegas and Maureen Kiestler (Jason) of Halls, Tennessee.; his sisters, Barbie Butts (Darryl) of Marion, Mary Lou Farmer of Oran, MO and Dianna Lynn Moit of Bertrand, MO; and his close friends, Joe, Jeannie McCoy of Tyler, TX, Gary, Colleen Sills, Steve and Wissie Hampton of Sikeston, MO.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
