She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Pleasant Hampton Burton and Maggie Cochran Burton Dodd; her husband James Robert Cowger; and her siblings, Mildred Senciboy, Herbert Burton, Junior Burton, William Burton, Marvin Burton and Gene Dodd.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Lloyd of Sikeston, Kathy Ray (Lonnie Ponder) of Sikeston and James A. Cowger (Jeanne) of Sikeston; her grandchildren, Laura Ray, Summer Brown Ray (Jalen), Ginny Ray (John Riley), Kyleigh Chappell (Kent), Andrew Cowger (Tasha), Mallory James (Taylor) and Baelei Lloyd; and her great grandchildren, Kevin Ty Martin, Rylan Evans, Jada Ray Brown, Alexis Ray Lowe, Rayce Lowe, Kinleigh, Katelyn, Kolton Chappell, Kayden Kraft, Peyton, Kayson Cowger, Blanton and Lakelyn James.
