She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Lowes and Jackie Lowes (Alexander); her parents-in-law, Andy and Thresa Halter; and her siblings, Richard, Timmy, David Lowes, Betty Jane Lowes and Sara.
She is survived by: her husband Andy Halter, Jr.; her children, Kevin Halter (Nikki Crosnoe) of Jackson, MO and Sherri Shrum (Chris) of Cape Girardeau, MO; her grandchildren, Kristen Shrum, Matthew Halter, Isabell Halter, Natalie Shrum, Faith Halter and Emily Shrum; her brothers, Jim, Steve, Kenny and Greg Lowes; and her sister-in-law Edie Lowes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Mercy Health Foundation SE in care of the Cancer Center of Cape Girardeau, MO.
