He is survived by: his children, Darin Proffer of Matthews, MO and Kristin Towery (Eric) of Sikeston, MO; his sister Shabie Bird of Advance, MO; his brother-in-law Bruce Depro of Mathews, MO; his cousins, Brent and Jeannie Shanks of Sikeston, MO; and his caregivers, Page Davis and Lori Gant. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; lifelong friends.
