He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Westmoreland and Mary Westmoreland; his wife Brenda Gail Westmoreland; and his siblings, Donnie Westmoreland of New Madrid, MO, Ann Chamberlain and Barbara Matlock of Catron, MO..
He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Westmoreland (Josh) of Carriere, MS, Jason Westmoreland (Ashley) of Carriere, MS and Michael S. Westmoreland (Ann) of Tucson, AZ; his sister June Blumhall of Hayti, MO; his daughter Kacie Klungel of Vanduser, MO; and his grandchildren, Riley Summers, Jayson Westmoreland, Stevy Klungel, Dani Bowe and Brayden Westmoreland.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Catron Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mo State Veterans Cemetery.
