He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence B. Luber and Beulah F. Luber; and his spouse Fredie Dean. He is survived by: his stepson Todd Sterling (Kimberly); and his brothers, Larry B. Luber, Charles B Luber, Judge Byron D. Luber (Nancy), Gregg Luber (Sherryl) and Thomas J. Luber. He is also survived by several nephews and one great niece.
