He is survived by: his spouse Kelley Jo Hill; his grandchildren, Oliver, Sullivan and Vivian Holt; and his siblings, Melissa Eakins (Randy), Randy Holt (Cheryl), Patty Jones (Mark) and Nancy Lee (Dwight). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
