She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Ross and Dolly Sanders Ross; her husband David Watkins, Sr.; her brother Terry Ross; her grandchildren, Tiffany and Cody; and her brothers, J. W. Foster, Jr. and Delton Ross.

She is survived by : her children, Joe Ross (Amy), David Watkins (Phyllis), Kevin Watkins (Tracy), Tomma King (Rocky) and Mike Watkins. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
