He was predeceased by : his father Leo Lewis. He is survived by : his mother Blanche Sturgeon; his children, Richard Leo Lewis, Jr. and Rebecca Lewis; his brothers, David Lewis, Don Lewis and Dennis Lewis; and his aunts, Wilma Hailey and Carolyn Patterson. He is also survived by one grandchild; one great great grandchild, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
