Robert Val Hamby Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Val Hamby of Sikeston, Missouri, born in Vanduser, Missouri, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hamby (Val) and Anna Tabor Hamby; his siblings, Bill Hamby, Velda McFarran, Ella Jean Richmond and Jim Hamby; and his son Gary Wayne Hamby.

He is survived by: his spouse Eualia Lawrence; his children, Robert L. Hamby of Hilham, TN and Sheila M. Vaughan of Sikeston, MO; and his grandchildren, Matthew Vaughan of Sikeston, Robby Hamby of South Fulton, TN, Sheila D. Boyer of Paducah, KY, Heather Hamby of Havelock and Ryan Hamby of Lebanon, TN. He is also survived by Five great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made in Robert's name to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
