He is survived by: his wife Janis Slade Shrum; his children, Rhadonda Sedgwick (Jon), Kevin Shrum (Janet), Eric Shrum (Teresia) and Angela Tompkins (Rob); his grandchildren, Sarah Beck (Keith), Caleb Shrum (Allie-Brooke), Aaron Sedgwick (Allison), Hannah Beussink (Caleb), Rachel Sedgwick, Isaac Shrum (Allie), Nathan Shrum, Rebekah Ladd (Jake), Megan Shrum, Silas and Josie Tompkins; and his great grandchildren, Avenly, Judah, Hudson, Eleanor, Huck, Ivy, Wilder, Slade and Eva.
