He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Charles, Nadine Self, John and Betty Essary. He is survived by : his parents, Melissa Self Triplett (James Triplett) and Kenneth Essary (Pam Essary); his children, Cody "Tubbs" Essary, Allison Essary and Abby Essary; his siblings, Andy Essary of East Prairie, Chris Essary of Morley and Kylie Brown of Matthews; his mother-in-law Faith Owen; his brother-in-law William Doss, Jr. of Sikeston; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan Essary and Drew Essary.
