He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Patrick; his children, Zoey Elizabeth and Zachary Michael; and his sister Patricia'Patty'Patrick. He is survived by: his mother Dora Warren-Boyer; his wife Kay Killion-Patrick; his sons, Brandon Patrick (Logan), Todd Garner (Aundrea), Trenton Garner (Scharlet Cochran), Hunter Scott and Caleb Patrick (Alexa Mudro); his siblings, Dale Patrick (Lisa), Cindy Higgins (Johnny) and Sherry Patrick; and his grandchildren, Emmi, Aubree, Adalee, Blakelynn, Todd'Bub', Rylan, Chloe, Preston, Clayton, Dawson, Grady, Jackson, Jax, Krew and Parker.

Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Caudle-Shelby Funeral Home (104 W Olive St, East Prairie, MO 63845). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
