With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Johnson of Sikeston, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 16, 2026 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Johnson Murphy; his wife Carol LaRue Wilson; and his brother Roger Murphy. He is survived by: his children, Courtney Thomas Johnson (Lana Parr) and Nikki LaRue Russell; his grandchildren, Levi Russell (Kelsey Jenson) and Brittney Lambert (Josh Simon); his great grandchildren, Tra'von Turner, Ney'co Wright and Jay'dion Simon; and his siblings, Robert Murphy, Alpha Manker (Dave) and Susie Warren (Johnny). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
