She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl Edward and Martha Maxine Lancaster Dial; her grandson Caleb Edward Cockrell; and her brother-in-law Lou Goehri. She is survived by : her children, Dana Davis of Hamel, IL and Edward Lee Boze (Sharon) of Risco, MO; and her sisters, Joyce Goehri of Sikeston, MO and Doris Capps (Dale) of Wappapello, MO. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church (128 5th St, Sikeston, MO 63801).
