She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Spurlock and Meacy Warbington Spurlock; her husband Robert Couch Jr.; her siblings, Leonard "Bud" Spurlock and Betty Pearce; her granddaughter Elizabeth Whitlock Haynes; and her children-in-law, Bill Lawson and Sandy Couch.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Couch (Reta), David Couch, Debbie Whitlock (Larry) and Lisa Lawson. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
