It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Lou Skinner of Silex, Missouri, who passed away on July 24, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Betty Lou may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Betty Lou touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin C. Achor and Emma Elizabeth Hutton Achor; and her father-in-law Rev. James Skinner. She is survived by: her significant other Rev. James Elston Skinner; her pet Gizmo; her friend Susie; Ken Gamble (Darla) of Silex, MO.
