He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sachs (McKinney) of Silex, MO; his children, Shanna Mayfield (Sean) of O'Fallon, MO, Samantha "Sam" Sachs, Kurt Kolb of Wright City, MO, David "D. J." Sachs (Cassandra) of Wright City, MO, Frank Savino (Kelsey) of Rolla, MO, Brittany Phelps (Blake) of Troy, MO and Courtney Taschler (Justin) of Wentzville, MO; his sister Lani Curtis of Winfield, MO; and his grandchildren, Zain Mayfield and Eli Mayfield. He is also survived by grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lj's Lodge 30.
