He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert S Lavy (Dick) and Marion D. Lavy (Clark); his siblings, Deidre J Leitman (Bud), Kenneth Dale Lavy (Rita), Gerald Leroy Lavy and Wanda Y Williamson (David); and his brothers-in-law, Paul Leitman (Bud) and David Williamson Hubert.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy L. Gustin (Lee) of Winfield, MO and Timothy C. Lavy (Becky) of Silex Mo; his grandchildren, Lauren Paige Ragsdale (Josh) of Round, Nathaniel Clark Reagan of Warrenton, MO, Claire Maureen Lavy of Troy, MO, Hunter Clark Lavy (Simi Hanke) and Max Sylvester Lavy of Silex; and his wife Sharon Lee Berry. He is also survived by children and grandchildren along with other in-laws, numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Veterans Coffee Talk in Troy.
