Jake David Wells Obituary

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Larry Maxfield, Raymond, Rose Eggert and Manley Orvick. He is survived by: his parents, Ryan David Wells and Jessica Lynn Pruitt; his sister Amelia Pruitt; his grandparents, Darwyn Wells, Tracy Orvick (Mark), Dave, Sr. and Chappell Eggert; his great-grandparents, Wayne, Kathy McCluggage, Larry Wells, Martha Wells, Anna Mae Orvick and Helen Maxfield; and his aunts and uncles, Seth Orvick (Liza), William Orvick, Erin Orvick, David Eggert and Allison Eggert. He is also survived by great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Kemper-Keim Family Funeral Chapel - Troy (351 Monroe St, Troy, MO 63379).
