He is survived by: his parents, Karl Douglas of Silex, MO and Sandra Lee Perkins (Allinger); his brothers, Tyler Perkins of Silex, MO, Nicholas Perkins of Silex, MO and Wesley Perkins of Silex, MO; and his grandmother Patsy Perkins of O'Fallon, MO. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
