He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Havlik and Betty Fleming Havlik; and his niece Alexandra Harrelson. He is survived by: his sons, John Havlik of Castle Rock, Joe Havlik of Elsberry, Kaylee Havlik, Jackson Havlik, Noah Havlik, Teagan Havlik and Braxton Havlik; and his siblings, Beverly Menne (Dale), Liz Harrelson (Brett), Nancy Pieper (Bill) and Mike Havlik.
