He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Surplus; his stepfather Don Branham; his children, Debra Reed and Ronald Dolph; his grandson Derrick Dolph; his siblings, Allen, Raymond, Gary and Loretta; his sister-in-law Linda; and his parents-in-law, Ed and Nora Tobin.

He is survived by: his father Bert Dolph; his wife Kathleen A. Tobin of Patrick's Catholic Church; his daughters, Janet Dolph (Monte Carpenter) and Tracey Zimmerman; his son-in-law Vernon Reed; his grandchildren, Ashley Reed, Bryce, Cheznee Dolph, Justin (Lindsey), Jake Jenson, Kirk and Zachary Zimmerman (Samantha); and his sisters-in-law, Ann Dolph, Theresa Hackett, Dusene Tobin and Kathy Tobin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church.
