She was predeceased by : her parents, Russell H. Bailey and Dorothy Kiso Bailey; her former life partner James Griffith; her husband Richard Sherman; and her grandson Braden Crane.

She is survived by : her children, James H. "Buddy" Griffith (Kimberly) of Slater, Russell E. Griffith (Jenny) of Slater and Lori Jeffries (Todd) of Grandview; and her sister Linda Brewer (Dick) of Marshall. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
