He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Ballenger and Gertrude Saylor Ballenger. He is survived by: his children, Debra Smith (Chuck) of Cheyenne, Barbara Winston (Dale) of Slater, Larry Dale Ballenger, Jr. of Slater, Jessie Boley (James) of Glasgow and Billy Ray Ballenger (Allison Frappier) of St. Louis. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; and twenty-five great-grandchildren.
