She is survived by: her daughter Kim Blankenship of Slater; her granddaughters, Joanna Bryan and Kayla Atkinson; her great grandchildren, Bentley Bryan, Rosalyn Atkinson and Wyatt Atkinson; and her siblings, Charles Ballew of Fredericktown, Lee Ballew of Fredericktown, Jerry Ballew of Fredericktown, David Ballew, Penny Honey of Ironton and Jean Jones.
