Paul Ray Crews Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 68, Paul Ray Crews of Slater, Missouri, born in Fort Benning, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Linwood Crews and Velma Jean Hayes Eads; his father-in-law Charles Roy Jones; and his brother-in-law George Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Linda E. Jones; his children, Zachary Crews (Lauren) of Slater and Tiffany Thornton (Blaine) of Slater; his grandchildren, Charlot, Conrad Thornton and Ralston Crews; his stepfather David Eads of Marshall; his brother Troy Eads of Marshall; his mother-in-law Kathryn Jones of Marshall; his siblings-in-law, Sherry Shannon (Wayne) of Marshall, Charlene Crawford of Marshall, Ginny Johnston (Bill) of Woodstock, GA and Kenly Jones of Columbia; and his aunts, Sherron McAllister of Jacksonville, FL and Billie Crews of Canton, GA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorials be made to Slater FFA Alumni (to be used to create a scholarship in Paul's name) or First Christian Church in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home.
