She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Shook and Arnett Montgomery Shook; her spouse Argie L. "Corky" Perkins; and her son Shane Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Shelley McEachern (John) of Slater and Stephen Perkins of Marshall; and her sister Kathy Coleman (Ed) of Fort Worth, Texas.. She is also survived by four grandchildren; a great-granddaughter.
Memorials are suggested to Big Bend Retreat in care of the funeral home.
