She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Grey Reagin and Cleta Fanny May Reagin (Comstock); her husband Rev. James Sands; her brothers, Gary and Jim Reagin; and her nephew Chris Reagin.
She is survived by: her brother Ron Reagin (Helen) of Leesburg, FL; her sibling's children, Shawna, Kelly, Nancy, Julie, Maria Reagin, Amy Sparrow, Brett, Corey and Kevin Reagin; and her sister-in-law Pat Reagin.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Flat Creek Cemetery Fund or to Open Door Ministries in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
