She was predeceased by: her parents, Duff Jennings and Leone Jennings (Brookshier); her husband Jack; her daughter Tammy Stepp; and her siblings, Jack Jennings, Carol Hoover and Judy Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Robert (Carla Betsworth) of Smithville and Julie Tucker of Macks Creek, Missouri; her grandchildren, Nicole Scimeca, Brandon Betsworth (Julie Head), Candys Hartline (Jason), Blake Betsworth, Travis Betsworth, Justice Tucker, Kenneth Tucker and Julian Tucker; and her great grandchildren, Phoenix Stratton, Ava Betsworth, Emberlyn Betsworth, Casper Betsworth, Lily Hartline, Hannah Hartline and Stella Tucker. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Hospice Nurse Honor Guard.
