She was predeceased by : her parent Myrle Leola Zuber (Bailey); her husband Big G; her father Herbert Zuber; her grandson Darin Martinez; and her siblings, Dale Zuber, Warren Zuber, Evelyn Turner, June Payne, Bonnie Sparks and Donna Hughes.

She is survived by : her former life partner Gerald Franklin; her children, Jerry, Katie Middleton, Shauna, Tony Martinez and Cindy Middleton; her grandsons, Taylor Middleton (Melissa), Gabe Middleton (Lacey), Cal Middleton and Casey Martinez (Lauren); her granddaughter-in-law Emily Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Haze, Grace, Jack, Gus, Lane, Miles, Max, Karsen, Roman and Marcus. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
