He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Strange and Ruby Strange (Taul); and his siblings, Rhoda Jane Strange and Jack Strange. He is survived by: his wife Nora Strange; his children, Chery Besette (Ron), Cindy Owen (Dan), Catherine Ann Strange-Manroe, Bill Thomas (Stephanie) and Carrie Suess (Mark); his grandchildren, Brianna Collins (Mike), Amy Harper (Nathan), Matt Owen (Michelle), Luke Owen (Emily), Stephen Owen (Alexandra), Caleb Owen (Ali), Aubrey Manroe, Grant Manroe, Samantha Thomas-Cooper (Matt), Anthony Aron Thomas (Oliva), Gillya Thomas, Alyssa Thomas and Austin Suess; and his brother Don Strange. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
