She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold A. Smithson and Alma Ellen Smithson (Wood); her husband Roy Coulter; her son Randy Jay Coulter; and her brothers, Clell Smithson, Hank Smithson and Tommy Smithson.

She is survived by: her children, Regis Coulter (Sherrie) and Janna Horton (James); her grandchildren, Cason Coulter (Madison), Cainan Coulter, Lindsay Heim (Nathan), Randy Maus (Whitney), Kayla Sweet (Daltan) and Treston Horton; her great grandchildren, Kimmi, Mary-Lou, Wesley, Benjamin, Arwen, Opal and Eleanora; and her siblings, Gaylord Smithson (Bettie), Glen Smithson (Brenda), Teresa McIntosh and Belva Brewer. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
