He was predeceased by: his father Lowell Carlock; and his sister Malinda Daniel. He is survived by: his wife Shelly Carlock; his children, Lisa Carlock, Shaylee Fortner and Jacob Carlock; his mother Ruth Marie Carlock; his siblings, Byran Carlock and Rebecca Carlock; and his stepdaughters, Carli Croisant, Sydney Turner and Brooklynn Turner.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (18601 US-169, Smithville, MO 64089). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
