He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Martin and Pearl May Warring (DeMoss); his wives, Joan Warring (Henderson) and Vera Warring (Baker); his brothers, Don Warring and Eugene Warring; his son Bill Warring; and his stepson Derrick Henderson.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas "Bud" Warring; and his children, Bob Warring, Steve Warring, Barbara Henderson and Mitch Henderson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
