He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Butterworth, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Bobbie Faye Butterworth (Biere); his siblings, Doug Addison, Kelly Addison, Wally Butterworth, Sharon Eacret-Rizer and Della Holland; his children, Dylan Love, Christian Butterworth, Joshua Butterworth, Shay-Lynn Butterworth, Cheyenne Parker, Hannah Butterworth, Parker Butterworth, Beau Butterworth and Paeton Butterworth; and his grandchildren, Madyson, Carli, Kinley, Emma, Ezra, Ryatt, Oxtin, Oakliegh, Waylon and Wyatt. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Barry Christian Church (1500 NW Barry Rd, Kansas City, MO 64155).
