He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Hawkins Thompson; his children, Mandi Aldrich Peters (Kyle), Zane Gordon Thompson (Paula), John Arden Thompson, Jason Thompson (Shayna) and Dee Anne Poehler (Scott); and his brothers, Roger (Connie) and Mike (Diane). He is also survived by his children, numerous grandchildren.
