He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lee and Frances Davis Goddard (Biggers); his stepfather Hobart Goddard; and his brother Earl David Davis. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae; his daughters, Pam Moncado (Brad) and Dianne Muldoon (Mark); his grandchildren, Amber Moncado Gdovin (Ryan), Lindy Moncado Wilhoit (Mitchell), Josh Moncado, Callie Muldoon and Colin Muldoon; his great grandchildren, Deklin, Ezekiel and Kingston Gdovin; and his sister Lois Cowan. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
