He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Heather Maples and Terra Butler (Bryce); his grandchildren, Isabella Feliciano, Reed Feliciano and May Butler; and his brothers, Gary Maples, Tom Maples and Tracy Maples (Verlene). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
