She was predeceased by: her parents, Harl Cornelison and Maxine Cornelison (Braden); her brothers, Larry, Jackie and Randy Cornelison; her niece Carrie Corbin; her great-nephew Sean Buttram; her nephew Rick Workman; and her pets, Bella and Miss Gussie.
She is survived by: her sons, Curtis Smith (Emily) and Zachary Buttram (Crystal); her grandchildren, Ashley Harper (Chad), Hailey Smith, Tabitha Buttram, Sean Rouph, Austin Ware, Gatlin Jackson (Taylor) and Kahlen Humble; her great grandchildren, Heath, Hannah and Emery Harper; her sister Wilma Breakbill; her nephews, Scott Workman and Jackie Cornelison, Jr.; and her niece Roberta Romi-Ude. She is also survived by several cousins and other caring relatives.
