He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Cook; his children, Gaylene Cook of Springfield, Robin Smith, Will of Sparta, Tim Cook and Tammy of Rogersville; his grandchildren, Alissa, Seth, Brandon, Timothy, Landen and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Blake, Kiersten, Jacob, Noah, Vidalia, Millie and Lynleigh; his sister Joy Hume (Bob); and his brothers-in-law, Bill Smith (Shirley) and Don Gullett. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
