She is survived by: her mother Nancy "Sue" Blake (Mark); her husband Mark Lewis Paxton; her daughter Ashley Dawn Paxton; her brothers, Robert Blake (Claudia), Terry Blake (Lee) of Nebo and Russell Blake of Paola, KS; and her close friend Ila Brooks of Corry. She is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
