She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Gitzendanner and Helen Gitzendanner; and her sister Carol Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Jennifer Utne (Ben), Wendy Chaney (Matt) and Lorne (Sara); her brothers, George Gitzendanner (Rita) and Raymond Gitzendanner (Debi); her grandchildren, Jack, Dante, Elizabeth, Lillian, Olivia, Eileen and Ava; and her mother-in-law Barbara. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Walnut Lawn Funeral Home (2001 W Walnut Lawn St, Springfield, MO 65807).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Springfield, Missouri.
